Payment Methods Accepted
For the fastest service, we accept the following payment types through PayPal & Stripe.
Payment Timeline & Unpaid Item Disputes -
Payment needs to be received within 24 hours of purchase or the transaction may be canceled. If your non-payment goes beyond 4 days, our system is set to automatically file unpaid item disputes to open channels of communication between us (the seller) and you (the buyer). Please keep us informed of any unexpected situations that arise and we will work with you.
Sales Tax -
We are required to charge sales tax in the following states: Texas.
Once order exceeds the limited stated on our webpage. If you need larger orders, contact us directly.
Purchases through PayPal:
To ensure that all of our buyers qualify for "Buyer Protection", we only accept online payments through PayPal. PayPal allows you to complete your purchase quickly and securely. PayPal is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donor's information is safe and secure.
Purchases through Stripe:
Unlike with PayPal they don't need to sign into Stripe to pay. Customer can simply enter their billing information directly. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donor's information is safe and secure.
Domestic Shipping -
We generally ship all orders the same day if payment is received by 3:00 pm CST. ALL orders are always shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Shipping & Handling -
All orders are shipped out within one business day. Your order will be shipped out via one of the participating partners, which include UPS, USPS among others. At this time, we only ship to physical addresses that are located within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Tracking Your Purchase -
Once we have confirmed that your order was picked up by the shipping carrier, we will update the tracking information through your email which you provided us. We are happy to get your item to the post office within 24-48 hours after your payment has cleared.
We ship products using UPS & USPS, therefore it could take up to 3 to 7 business days for your item to be delivered. Tracking information available for all domestic buyers.
International Shipping -
We currently not extend business out of the US Region.
RETURN POLICY
Returns - 30 Days Return Policy
We take great care packaging every item to ensure quality satisfaction. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the product is damaged contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will provide you with a return authorization form. Please send the merchandise to the address at the top of the return authorization within 5 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Once the product seal is broken then all returns are Void. Return shipping is your responsibility. If you are exchanging for an item, please include the product number with the item. If you are returning an item, we will process refunds within 2-3 business days.
If you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us for a return authorization and the return shipping address. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer and all returns are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. If you are purchasing through one of our Brokers, we may wavier the restocking fee. (See home page for Broker Listing)
Exchanges -
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will replace the item at no cost to you as long as it is reported within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for a watch you don't like.
However, we partnership a Facebook Group "Watch Gang Exchange" that connects our members to either trade or sell watches with each other.
You can browse through other options and get the perfect watch for you. You can find the community under Watch Gang Exchange on Facebook.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Ensure the watch has not been worn or sized. All returns must have the original, non-damaged packaging containing all original documents (instruction manuals, warranty cards, hangtags, spare links, plastic protectors, etc).
Step 2
A) Contact within 24 hours. The contact information is located on the Welcome Page. We will reply to your request and provide you with a "return authorization form". This form will provide you with directions on returning item(s).
Step 3
Return the item to us in the original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the watch (including spare links, protective plastic on watches, etc). All returns must be shipped to us in a crush-resistant box with protective padding inside. Please do not return items in envelopes of any kind as these will not protect the item from damage during shipment. We recommend using standard postal service with trackable delivery confirmation. We encourage you to ensure the return shipment to protect yourself against breakage or lost shipments. If returning an international order, please do not ship FedEx or UPS as they could charge Drip On-Demand duties/taxes on the return. These charges would then be deducted from the value of the refund.
** Please allow up to 7 business days after Drip On-Demand receives your return for your refund/store credit to be issued. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please ensure that you submit a return request and receive approval before you return your product. If you are returning an item, we will process refunds within 2-3 business days.*
RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 20 minutes of the order being completed. You can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 15 minutes. Please call us at directly between 8 am-5 pm Pacific Standard Time for immediate assistance. A $10 restocking fee will be assessed if we are notified after the 15-minute window but before the order ships. Orders cannot be canceled after they ship. Special orders cannot be canceled as the funds have already been sent to the manufacturer to secure your watch.
PRICE GUARANTEE
Drip On-Demand has a 10-day price guarantee. Should any item you purchase be reduced in price on DripOnDemand.com within 10 days of the purchase, We will provide a store credit for the price difference to be used on any future order.
